I started my career as a multimedia journalist. My passion for storytelling has let me to content strategy, where I get to make sure all the good stuff get to the right people.

It feels like being that smart friend who constantly breaks down complex ideas. At work, I’m that smart friend to the readers.

But my relationship with design runs deeper. Whenever I’m designing, time passes quickly — a state of mind that I later learned called the flow.

This passion has guided me to pursue a master’s degree at the University of Toronto, where I blend my storytelling background with professional design training. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and look forward to exploring design in my future career.

When I’m not working…

You can most likely find me in the kitchen cooking myself a feast (see pictures below) or in front of my computer playing video games. I absolutely love horror/adventure games — a lot of them tell a really good story! Some of my favorites are: Return of the Obra Dinn, What Remains of Edith Finch, and Detention.
